Training Provider and Program Applications
Applications may be submitted at any time, but Board consideration will only occur on the following dates:
- December 15, 2017
- March 8, 2018
- June 14, 2018
- September 13, 2018
- December 13, 2018
Only submissions received 30 days prior to a meeting will be considered at that meeting.
